6 Acer Aspire E Notebooks Released India, Priced Starting Rs 20,999

Earlier this month, Acer unveiled new models in its Aspire E lineup at the IFA 2014 tech show inBerlin. Now, the firm has released these new models inIndiaand the list includes six notebooks priced between Rs 20,999 and Rs 59,999. The lineup includes Acer Aspire ES1-511, E3-111, E5-511, E5-471, E5-571 and E5-571G and these models are up for sale in the country.

Detailing on their specifications, Acer Aspire E5-471, E5-511, E5-571 and E5-571G notebook laptops support both Windows 8.1 and Linux operating systems. Also, they support up to 12 GB of RAM and 1 TB of hard disk storage respectively. The Aspire E5 Series notebooks are compatible with 4th generation Intel Core i7 processors and dedicated GPU options from Nvidia GeForce 800M series.

The Aspire E5-471, E5-511, E5-571 and E5-571G include a Precision Touchpad (PTP) that supports up to six core Windows 8.1 Touchpad gestures. Certified with Skype, these new notebooks feature a built-in microphone and speakers that will render better VoIP experience. There is an internal optical drive as well in these new Acer offerings.

The Aspire E5-571 arrives in two variants, one with dedicated graphics and the other with integrated graphics. This notebook is available in a slew of color options including Titanium Silver, Midnight Black, Tiger’s Eye Brown, Sapphire Blue and Garnet Red. Both Aspire E5-571 and the E5-511 feature 15.6 inch display, whereas Aspire E5-471 houses a 14 inch display. These models are available only in Pearl White exterior. All the notebooks in the Aspire E5 series incorporate a 5,000 mAh battery capable of providing up to 7 hours of backup, claims the company.

Aspire E3-511 notebook operates on Windows 8.1 including a 11.6 inch LED screen and making use of an Intel Celeron N2830 chipset with dual-core processors, Intel HD graphics, 2 GB of RAM and 500 GB HDD. Finally, the Aspire ES1-511 supports Windows 8.1 or Linux platforms and boasts of a 15.6 inch LED HD screen. This notebook is similar to the Aspire E3-511 in terms of other aspects.
