Apple and HTC settles patent issues

Nov 11, 2012: Apple and HTC announced that they have reached an agreement to settle patent issues. Apple had filed a patent infringement case against HTC in 2010 alleging them having copied iPhone’s design elements. After two years, finally the deal is though between them though the actual terms have not been disclosed. Apple already won legal battle against Samsung for the same infringement where as it failed to make any decisive wins against Motorola.
