Aug 28, 2012: MTNL, the state run telecom operator has launched a unique service by which subscribers in Delhi and Mumbai can order for any landline or mobile or broadband connection by SMS or through a call to a toll free number. The company sources also confirmed that these services would be delivered at door steps to prevent any delay in services. MTNL has recently launched many customer service initiatives like MNP through toll free number and logging in complaints through telecalling facility.
