ITC to enter dairy market in next one year

ITC which started its dairy business as part of corporate social responsibility is all set to enter into the dairy segment in the next one year with a range of products. The project was launched as part of integrated animal

husbandry program and according to Mr.Chitranjar Dar, Divisional CEO, ITC Foods Division, the company will not be limiting itself to CSR activities in the dairy business and that it is open to third-party options. The company is setting up a Rs.1.5 bn processing plant in Bihar and is planning to come out initially with shelf-stable products.

Subsidiary of Eternal Perfume, Paris, Eternal Personal Care launched “Bad Boi”, a deodorant spray targeting young men in the Indian deodorant market. Bad Boi will be available in six variants in 24 cities across India. The six variants offered by Bad Boi are Envy, Edge, Affair, Dash, Ace and Rave. The deodorants from Bad Boi are priced at Rs.178 and will be available at all leading medical stores and general stores. The company has brought out these deodorants for men after doing a thorough market study and looking into requirements of Indian men.
