Price of Rail Neer increased from Rs. 12 to Rs. 15 for one litre

Nov 24, 2012: Close on the heels of increase in passenger fares and the price of food being supplied inside the train, people travelling by train and looking for Rail Neer to quench their thirst will have to shell out Rs. 3 more for one litre of packaged drinking water. IRCTC has come out with a statement informing the increase in prices of Rail Neer, the packaged drinking water which is manufactured in Delhi, Bihar and Chennai. The price of one litre Rail Neer which was Rs. 12 till now stands revised as Rs. 15 and 500 ml bottle which earlier was priced at Rs. 8 is now priced at Rs. 10.
