RoomCentral Secures $2 Mn in Funding

Real time hotel booking platform, RoomCentral, has raised about R12 Cr ($2 Mn).Set up by Rupam Mazumdar and Atul Prabhu, the booking engine has attracted investment round led by angel investor Karanpal Singh, Managing Director Nameh hotel chains in Goa, Odisha and Delhi. RoomCentral is a real-time book engine with a cloud-based Property Management System (PMS). They need to look for their high quality features and can guide the professionals in availing different location destinations.RoomCentral owned and operated by Bangalore-based Hostra Systems Pvt Ltd.

This strengthens travels making their rooms reservations and will be getting confirmation in their real time with their cloud PMS. This helps in assuring low cost room budgeting and quality outdoor living expire. This unorganized segment offers number of opportunities and challenges to their users.With RoomCentral’s platform, hotels can drive direct booking on their own websites and cut down on commissions shared with online travel agencies. With RoomCentral, they envision empowering property owners with the ability to increase direct revenues, eliminate capital expenditure, minimize operating spends and overheads, and increase staff productivity.

RoomCentral is now designed to serve as a solution for Small and Medium properties. The platform began its operations just four months ago. NowRoomCentral has extended across 50 properties in Delhi and Southern India. Additionally, these properties have an average of 25 rooms each.

Their hotel technology solutions space will be attracting attention of investors due to hike in online travel booking.  Ibibo Group, one week ago has owned properties like Goibibo.com,Yourbus, redBus.in and ibibo Ryde had owned small stake in cloud based solution providers connected to hotels Djubo  for their unmentioned  amount.
