Nov 4, 2012: Two Indian animation films, Delhi Safari and Hey Krishna have been sent for Oscar nomination. These two will compete with rest of the 19 films for a final nomination for Oscar night. Delhi Safari is a 3D animated movie directed by Nikhil Advani which tells the story of a bunch of animals moving to Delhi for protecting their habitat. The film features sounds of popular actors like Govinda, Boman Irani and Akshaye Khanna. Hey Krishna is also a 3D film directed by Vikram Veturi.
