Yatra.com is all set to become the largest online service provider of hotel bookings in country with the acquisition of TravelGuru, the Indian arm of US based Travelocity. TravelGuru has arguably the largest network of hotel services with 6500 in India and around 70, 000 across the world. Though not officially confirmed, sources quoted that the deal size is worth around Rs 100 crore. Yatra.com clocked Rs 3500 crore revenue last financial year. The company’s investors include Reliance Capital, Norwest Venture Partners, Network 18 and Intel Capital.
