The strategic engine behind Loca Loka’s India launch, Harsha is an entrepreneur who has spent two decades building category-defining ventures and scaling them with discipline, instinct, and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour. Born into a business family in Hyderabad, Harsha grew up absorbing the discipline of enterprise and the value of long-term thinking. That early spark evolved into a career defined by scale, innovation, and an instinctive understanding of consumer culture.
After completing his engineering at VIT and a Master’s degree from Western Michigan University, Harsha co-founded Ironhill India in 2012 that is today one of the country’s largest and fastest-growing brewery groups. The umbrella includes IH Breweries (Ironhill, Prost, Beerish) and IH Hospitality (Asie, Purple Potato, Soul of South, Pangeo, Pi-Kitchens, Ironhill Café, Anthm). Under his leadership, Ironhill expanded into multiple cities with a strong franchising model and now supports over 1,400 families through direct and indirect employment , a metric Harsha considers his greatest measure of success. Harsha’s entrepreneurial landscape extends beyond F&B. He co-founded PR Infra Pvt Ltd, ventured into wellness with Happy Head, and championed sustainability through Retro Straws.
