New Delhi, 23 December 2025: National bestselling author and globally recognized Ayurveda and Gut health Coach, Dimple Jangda unveiled her latest book, The Ultimate Healing Code, at an intimate and intellectually enriching book launch held at Gallery Art Positive, Delhi. The evening brought together eminent voices from the worlds of wellness, finance, art, and conscious entrepreneurship, for a compelling dialogue on healing, intention, and energetic alignment in contemporary life.
The launch featured a curated panel discussion with Rajiv Bajaj, Chairman and Managing Director of Bajaj Capital; Anu Bajaj, Founder of Gallery Art Positive; and Priyanka Suresh Raina, Co-founder of the natural and vegan baby care brand Maaté. The conversation was moderated by Milee Ashvarya, Publisher, Penguin Random House, India and explored how ancient Indian wisdom systems can seamlessly integrate with modern lifestyles to support holistic wellbeing, balance, and long-term resilience.
With over three decades of leadership experience across investment banking, advisory, insurance brokerage, and financial planning, Rajiv Bajaj offered a rare perspective on the intersection of financial wellness and inner balance. Speaking candidly about midlife crises and the journey from imbalance to a more conscious, centred life, he reflected on how practices such as Ikigai and Tai Chi, along with intention and belief systems, can enhance stress management, peak performance, and sustainable prosperity.
Anu Bajaj, who has been curating spiritually resonant contemporary art through Gallery Art Positive since 2005, highlighted art as a powerful medium for healing. She spoke about the vibrational and energetic essence embedded within artistic creation and curation, explaining how intention, frequency, and spiritual consciousness expressed through art can help release emotional blockages and contribute to collective healing.
At the core of the evening was Dimple Jangda, whose work has popularised Ayurveda among more than 2.4 million followers in 147 countries. A National bestselling author, Ayurveda and gut health coach, and founder of Prana by Dimple Jangda – an ayurvedic clinic and Academy, Jangda shared the philosophy behind The Ultimate Healing Code. The book introduces a framework centred on activating five key energy forces to awaken the body’s innate healing intelligence. Blending classical Ayurvedic wisdom with contemporary frequency-based tools such as intention, sound, energy, frequency, and vibrational practices, she demonstrated how individuals can reprogram cellular health and experience deep, sustainable self-healing.
Speaking on the relevance of Ayurveda in modern times, Jangda noted,
“We exist today, because of the collective wisdom of all our ancestors, their observatory science based on observation and experience. Ayurveda in itself means Ayu + Veda means, the science of life.” Emphasising the importance of aligning with natural rhythms, she added, “If we follow the circadian rhythm, we can change the energy cycle. Two to six in the morning is the Brahma Muhurat, the most powerful time for ideation and creating long-term strategy.” Highlighting the role of consciousness in healing, she further shared, “intentions, manifestations, and gratitude are among the most powerful tools we have.”
Priyanka Suresh Raina, Co-founder of Maaté and Trustee of the Gracia Raina Foundation, brought a deeply personal and practical dimension to the discussion. Drawing from her background in engineering, banking, and conscious entrepreneurship, she spoke about integrating wellness and healing into everyday family and parenting routines. Emphasising chemical-free, vegan choices and intentional living, she highlighted how vibrational harmony within the home can strengthen children’s emotional resilience, immunity, and overall wellbeing.
Expressing her gratitude, Raina shared, “Dimple is not just taking care of my lifestyle and diet but also makes me understand how to be healthy from within. Thank you so much for that, Dimple.”
The evening reinforced the central message of The Ultimate Healing Code: healing is not a singular practice but a state of energetic alignment encompassing mind, body, environment, and intention. Through this book, Dimple Jangda invites readers to reclaim their innate capacity to heal by bridging time-tested Ayurvedic principles with accessible, modern tools for everyday life.
The launch concluded with an engaging audience interaction, a book signing session, and a thoughtfully curated spread of vegan hors d’oeuvres, marking another significant milestone in Jangda’s mission to make holistic healing practical, inclusive, and transformative.
