Logitech Electronics India Secures Office Space at Bandra Kurla Complex Through INR 4 Crore Lease Deal with Volney

The unit, having approximately 2010 sq. ft. of carpet area, comes with a lease lock-in period of 5 years

National, 21st January 2026: Logitech Electronics India has expanded its presence in Mumbai by signing a commercial lease for space in Trade Centre, Bandra Kurla Complex, for 4 Crore. This move marks the company’s entry into one of the city’s most coveted business addresses, known for its strategic location and vibrant commercial ecosystem.

The transaction was facilitated by Narains Corporate in partnership with Volney, a leading real estate advisory and investor network founded by Mr. Rohan Sheth. Volney has been instrumental in brokering high-profile commercial real estate deals, including the recent office leasing arrangement for SpaceX-Starlink at Kanakia Boomerang in Chandivali and the premium commercial purchase involving Saif Ali Khan at Kanakia Wallstreet in Andheri East. The company manages three prominent commercial buildings in Mumbai: Kanakia Boomerang at Chandivali, Trade Centre at BKC, and Kanakia Wallstreet at Chakala, Andheri.

The acquisition includes Unit No. 407 on the 4th floor, with a carpet area of around 2,010 sq. ft. The lease has a lock-in period of five years, with a 5% annual escalation. The monthly rent is INR 6.03 lakh, with a security deposit of INR 81 lakh. Over the five-year period, the total rent expense is approximately INR 4 crore.
