National, January 2026: Women Inspiring Network (WIN), a global not-for-profit platform committed to amplifying women’s leadership, successfully concluded the second edition of the #WINLounge on January 22, 2026 during The World Economic Forum Week, Davos 2026, marking a defining milestone for Indian women’s representation in global leadership conversations. Alongside the WIN Lounge, WIN curated two focused India-led sessions for the Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh governments chaired by Dr. Mohan Yadav, Chief Minister of MP and T G Bharath, Minister of Food Processing, Government of AP.
Building on its 2025 debut, WIN—the only independent and exclusive platform from India at Davos—convened 75+ global leaders from 15+ countries and 30+ industries, leading 15+ panel discussions across #WINLounge and #WINtalks. These included 20+ top Indian and global women leaders from organisations such as Accor, Adecco, Apollo, Bayer, Capgemini, Fox Rothschild, Invest India, Kearney, RPSG Group, TIME, and Welspun, among many other global institutions—strengthening India’s women-led voice on the global stage.
Through panels, firesides, and WIN Voices podcasts, the WIN Lounge anchored conversations on leadership, entrepreneurship, AI and innovation, wealth, geopolitics, climate action, health, storytelling, philanthropy, and the future of capital.

This year’s edition spotlighted an inspiring cohort of Indian women leaders marking a clear shift, from representation to leadership at the world’s most important gathering.
