For the occasion, Olive Beach has crafted a multi-course set menu that showcases refined Mediterranean flavours, seasonal ingredients, and elegant technique. The experience opens with a delicate amuse-bouche featuring a hibiscus & chilli elixir, fresh salsa, and a saffron tart, setting the tone for an evening of layered flavours and thoughtful pairings.
The special menu brings together comforting flavours and refined technique, featuring seasonal butternut squash and mascarpone, fresh chèvre semifreddo with raw mango chutney, and seafood highlights like hamachi crudo with torched grapefruit, avocado crema and pickled onion. The experience concludes on a decadent note with a macerated rose and strawberry semifreddo, champagne espuma, and pink peppercorn ice cream.
To complement the menu, Olive Beach’s bar team has curated a selection of signature cocktails for Valentine’s Day, including the floral and refreshing Amour Fizz, the indulgent First Love, the playful Sweet Temptation, and the citrus-forward Lemon Blush.
