TrucksUp announces complete end-to-end FASTag integration to streamline fleet operations

New Delhi, February 17, 2026: TrucksUp, India’s leading AI-powered logistics aggregator, today announced the full-scale integration of a comprehensive FASTag management suite within its digital platform. This strategic move is designed to eliminate the operational friction fleet owners face in toll management, providing a seamless, end-to-end journey from card issuance to real-time lifecycle monitoring.

Once issued, managing the FASTag is effortless. Users recharge their wallet anytime via UPI, cards, or net banking, with real-time tracking of every transaction. Balance checks, detailed transaction history, and status updates are available at a glance, no more calling helplines or logging into separate portals. TrucksUp’s zero-markup recharge model undercuts competitors, offering recharges (No hidden charges) with no convenience fees, making it the undisputed cheapest option in the market.

This rollout comes at a pivotal time for India’s logistics industry, where toll collections hit ₹73,000 crore last fiscal and FASTag penetration nears 100%. Yet, fragmented services leave fleet owners grappling with downtime and cash flow issues. TrucksUp’s solution addresses this head-on, integrating FASTag with its core offerings like load booking, trip tracking, and payments. Early adopters report 30% faster toll compliance and reduced administrative overhead.

Speaking on the launch, Sarthak Elwadhi, Co-Founder, TrucksUp, said, “At TrucksUp, our mission is to simplify the complex lives of fleet owners. Toll management is often a chaotic mix of multiple banking apps, manual recharges, and tracking disputes. By integrating the complete FASTag journey, we are giving transporters ‘one-window’ control. Whether it’s issuing a new tag for a fresh vehicle in the fleet or tracking every rupee spent on the highway, it’s all happening in one place. This isn’t just about payments, it’s about operational visibility and preventing revenue leakage.”

In an industry where every minute of idling at a toll plaza translates to lost revenue, the traditional, fragmented approach to managing FASTags has long been a pain point for transporters. By centralizing the entire process, TrucksUp now enables users to handle new FASTag card creation—including application and KYC completion directly through the mobile app.

The feature is live now for all Android users, with web support rolling out next month. TrucksUp plans to scale this to 10 million users by FY27, leveraging its network of 50,000+ verified trucks.
