February 2026: KLK Ventures (Singapore) Pte Ltd participated in the Uttar Pradesh Investment Roadshow held in Singapore on 24 February 2026, organised by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in association with the High Commission of India in Singapore. The Roadshow featured a keynote address by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, who highlighted the State’s strong investment potential, progressive policy framework, and rapid infrastructure-led growth.
During the event, KLK Ventures signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Uttar Pradesh, expressing its intent to explore investment opportunities in renewable energy projects across the State. The proposed collaboration aims to contribute to Uttar Pradesh’s clean energy ambitions while leveraging Singapore’s strengths in innovation, technology, and sustainable financing.
The agreement was signed by Director Ms. Prerna Kapoor and CEO Mr. Akshat Jain in the presence of Managing Director Mr. Gaurav Jain and President Mr. Naresh Kapoor. The signing marks a significant milestone in KLK Ventures’ strategic expansion into India’s fast-growing renewable energy sector.
