New Delhi, 27th February, 2026: Walplast Products Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of building and construction materials in India, has received GreenPro Ecolabel certification from the CII-Green Products and Services Council for six of its premium gypsum-based products, under its HomeSure GypEx gypsum plaster portfolio. The certifications, valid until December 2027, recognise the products as Green Products in line with established environmental and sustainability standards.
The certified Plaster Products include HomeSure GypEx Machine Spray Plaster, HomeSure GypEx Silver Plus Plaster, HomeSure GypEx Silver Plaster, HomeSure GypEx Platinum Plaster, and Nova 125 Premium Gypsum Plaster. Additionally, HomeSure GypEx Kwik Set (Jointing Compound) has also been certified. All these products are manufactured at the company’s Bharuch, Gujarat facility and have successfully met the requirements prescribed under the GreenPro Ecolabel framework.
The GreenPro certification evaluates products on key sustainability parameters, including responsible sourcing, manufacturing processes, environmental impact, and lifecycle considerations. The recognition reinforces Walplast’s continued investment in developing gypsum-based solutions that align with green building practices and evolving regulatory expectations.
