Hyderabad, 11 March 2026 – Phenom, an applied AI company, marked International Women’s Day across its offices by translating the global theme ‘Give to Gain’ to empower women on cybersecurity and digital safety, reinforcing the importance of women’s wellbeing, confidence, and safety in digital spaces and at the workplace. The event featured Shikha Goel, IPS, Director General of Police, CID – Women Safety & Cyber Security, Telangana, and Nirmala Devi, Managing Director, Phenom, as the guest of honour.
During a fireside chat with employees, Ms. Goel emphasized digital vigilance and shared practical steps for safer online habits, staying mindful of digital footprints, periodically checking publicly available personal information, and being cautious on social media, while also underscoring the role of men as allies in fostering safer, more respectful workplaces.
The event opened with a powerful Mallakhamb performance by girl students from Sai Seva Sangh Institution, symbolizing strength, discipline, and confidence setting the tone for the day’s message of empowerment. Ms. Goel presented awards to the ‘Phenomenal Phemales’ (outstanding women who have created a significant impact), while Nirmala Devi felicitated the Phenom Women Premier League – Badminton winners and distributed special gifts to all the women present.
