Bengaluru: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), through its Women Members Excellence Committee, organized the “Sampada Women CAs Conference” on March 14, 2026, at the SIR M V Auditorium, FKCCI, Bengaluru. The conference was hosted by the Bengaluru Branch of SIRC of ICAI.
The full-day conference, themed “Women Who Rise, Lead, and Transform,” celebrated and empowered women chartered accountants by providing a platform for professional growth, leadership development, and knowledge sharing.
The conference began with the inaugural session by Tejaswini Ananth Kumar from 10:00 am to 10:45 am, followed by a series of technical sessions featuring industry experts and leading professionals.
A key highlight of the program was a panel discussion titled “Balancing Books & Breaking Barriers,” moderated by Bhavani Jois, with panelists Guna Thantry K, Priya Narayanan L, Mangala G Rao, and Swati Biswas.
The conference also featured several knowledge sessions covering professional and personal development themes. Deepa Krishnamurthy spoke on “Inner Balance, Outer Brilliance,” while Jayati Singh, Brand Consultant and CMO at Tally, delivered a session on “Brand You: Crafting Your Professional Identity.”
Another important session titled “Master Your Presentations – Learn How to Prompt AI Tools” was delivered by Karthik Rao, followed by an interactive general knowledge quiz conducted by Chandra Mouli.
The concluding session, “Know Yourself – Leadership Perspective”, facilitated by Bhavani Jois, encouraged participants to reflect on leadership, personal growth, and professional excellence.
The event concluded with an engaging Ramp Walk, judged by Rekha Raveendra and Pavani Acharya, celebrating confidence and individuality among women professionals.
The event was organized under the leadership of Kavitha Paramesh, Chairperson, along with Shripad Huligol Narayan, Secretary, and Shree Raksha, SIRCASA Co-Opted Member of the Bengaluru Branch.
The conference brought together chartered accountants, industry leaders, and aspiring professionals for a day of inspiration, networking, and learning.
