INDIA, 7th April 2026: Lyfe Hotels turns the spotlight upward with the launch of HI-Lyfe, a rooftop restaurant and bar that brings together elevated views, vibrant flavours, and an easy, social energy. Marking its third dining destination in the city, HI-Lyfe is designed as a space where evenings unfold effortlessly—from golden sunsets to high-spirited nights.
Set against panoramic views of Bhubaneswar’s skyline, HI-Lyfe introduces one of the city’s first Mediterranean-inspired experiences. The menu travels across Italy, Morocco, Turkey, Lebanon, and Spain—bringing bold, sun-soaked flavours to the table through grilled plates, fresh ingredients, and dishes made for sharing.
Guests can expect a spread of Mediterranean favourites like charred harissa prawns, Turkish lamb koftas, Lebanese mezze platters, wood-fired flatbreads, and Spanish-style patatas bravas, alongside lighter, flavour-forward small plates that keep the table lively and interactive.
At the bar, the experience is just as transportive. The cocktail program draws inspiration from Mediterranean landscapes and cultures, with signature creations like Medina Flame, a bold mix of pomegranate, cinnamon and whiskey; Zagora Orchard, layered with apricot and dark rum; and Nomad’s Trail, a deep, spiced bourbon-forward cocktail. For something lighter, Riad Reverie offers a floral escape with rose and lavender, while Aegean Breeze delivers a refreshing citrusy lift perfect for sundown.
Designed to transition seamlessly from laid-back evenings to buzzing nights, HI-Lyfe pairs ambient lighting, curated music, and an open-air layout to create a space that feels both intimate and expansive.
