Vinay is a senior media professional with over 20 years of experience across editorial leadership, digital transformation, and media business strategy.
He was the Co‑Founder and CEO of The Media GCC, a specialised global capability centre supporting media and broadcast organisations with content strategy, technology transformation, and revenue optimisation, with a strong focus on AI‑led disruption. He has previously held leadership roles at the Times Group, Network18, Business Standard, Reuters, DNA and India Today, driving large‑scale digital growth across editorial, audience, and revenue functions. He holds a Master’s degree in Media Management, a Diploma in Cyber Laws, and is a CNN Fellow.
In his new role, Vinay will lead content strategy across NDTV Digital platforms, with a strong focus on leveraging AI to reimagine storytelling, enhance editorial depth, and drive deeper audience engagement. He will work closely with teams to build scalable, future‑ready content capabilities aligned with the evolving media landscape.
