8th June 2026: 08 June 2026: Ageas Federal Life Insurance (AFLI) has elevated Chinangsuk Maji to the role of National Head – RRBs and Cooperative Banking, where he will lead the company’s strategy across Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) and Cooperative Banking partnerships, driving distribution growth and deepening AFLI’s presence across these key channels.
Chinangsuk has been instrumental in strengthening AFLI’s distribution strategy across regional and cooperative banking networks, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and transformation journey. With over 30 years of experience spanning Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Hospitality, and Education, he brings a strong track record of building high-performing teams, driving business growth, and executing innovative sales and distribution strategies across diverse markets.
Over the course of his career, Chinangsuk has been associated with leading insurance organizations including Axis Max Life Insurance, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, Tata AIA Life Insurance, and HDFC Life Insurance. He is recognized for his expertise in strategic planning, business development, channel management, stakeholder engagement, and developing scalable distribution models that drive sustainable growth.
In his new role, Chinangsuk will focus on strengthening AFLI’s partnerships with RRBs and Cooperative Banks, expanding distribution reach, and accelerating growth across the channel, further supporting the company’s efforts to enhance customer access to insurance solutions across India.
