Bengaluru, 24th June 2026: Bolt.Earth, India’s largest EV charging network, today announced a strategic collaboration with MapmyIndia (MMI) to make its four-wheeler EV chargers more accessible to drivers across India.
This partnership enables MMI users to directly discover Bolt.Earth’s standard L2 chargers and DC fast chargers within their app, expanding visibility for charger owners and offering riders convenient access to charging options beyond the Bolt.Earth platform. Furthermore, MMI’s integration with map and navigation services will extend Bolt.Earth’s charger visibility beyond its own app, making the network easier to discover across multiple platforms for millions of EV drivers in India.
Through the Open Charge Point Interface (OCPI) protocol, Bolt.Earth has integrated approximately 350 Level 2 and Level 3 chargers into the MapmyIndia app. Both companies are working together to help users of MapmyIndia’s platforms easily find and access EV charging points through OCPI integration and API sharing.
On the impact of this collaboration, Mohit Yadav, Founder, Bolt.Earth said, “Partnering with MapmyIndia is a key step in our mission to strengthen India’s EV ecosystem. This collaboration ensures that our chargers are visible across MapmyIndia’s broader network of apps and services, giving charger owners greater reach and EV drivers the convenience they need to adopt clean mobility with confidence.”
Echoing this sentiment, Sapna Ahuja, President – Automotive Business & Chief Operating Officer, MapmyIndia, said, “We are happy to collaborate with Bolt.Earth and other EV charging ecosystem players to make EV charging infrastructure more discoverable and accessible for users across India. Through this integration, Bolt.Earth’s 2W, 3W and 4W charging network, including Level 2 and Level 3 chargers, is now available across MapmyIndia’s platforms. As we continue to integrate with multiple partners across the EV ecosystem, MapmyIndia users can now discover more than 18k+ EV chargers across India through our maps and navigation platforms.”
By extending discoverability through multiple platforms, Bolt.Earth continues its mission to strengthen India’s EV ecosystem and empower drivers with seamless charging experiences wherever they go.
