Delhi, 13th July, 2026: India’s first Functional Age Operating System, has launched with a mission to change how the country’s midlife professionals understand and act on their health. The platform is now open to applications for its founding cohort of twenty five Sādhakas – a select group of individuals who will be the first to have their Functional Age measured, decoded and actively improved through a science-backed, India-calibrated 90-day programme.

The platform assesses Functional Age across four dimensions — Metabolic, Cardiovascular, Musculoskeletal and Healthspan — using diagnostics calibrated for Indian biology and interpreted through explainable algorithms developed under medical oversight. Members receive a personalised 90-day protocol spanning movement, nutrition, breath and supplementation. At Day 90, they re-test. The gap closes — and the proof is in the numbers.
