Ayubal Wellness Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of Ayurveda-inspired wellness brand Ashpveda, has inaugurated its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at the RIICO Industrial Area, Chhitroli, Bagru, Jaipur. The expansion marks a significant milestone in the company’s journey to strengthen India’s Ayurveda and wellness manufacturing ecosystem while meeting the growing domestic and international demand for high-quality herbal and wellness products.
Spread across approximately 8,200 sq. metres, the facility has been developed with advanced manufacturing infrastructure, automated production systems, dedicated R&D and quality control laboratories, and modern packaging capabilities. The unit will manufacture a comprehensive portfolio of Ayurvedic, herbal, skincare, personal care, haircare, wellness, and nutraceutical products for Ayubal Wellness’ brands, including Ashpveda and Akayu, as well as contract manufacturing and private-label partners.
With an installed capacity of nearly 40 lakh units per month (around 5 crore units annually), the new plant is expected to increase the company’s overall manufacturing capability by nearly 15X, enabling faster production, improved quality assurance, and enhanced supply chain efficiency.

Designed with sustainability at its core, the facility incorporates rainwater harvesting, effluent and sewage treatment systems, responsible waste management practices, energy-efficient machinery, and provisions for future renewable energy integration. Beyond strengthening manufacturing capabilities, the expansion is expected to generate approximately 2,500 direct and 50,000 indirect employment opportunities, contributing to regional economic growth.
The new facility will also strengthen Ayubal Wellness’ export capabilities across key international markets while reinforcing its commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainable manufacturing. Through this expansion, the company aims to accelerate product development, support global partners, and further establish India as a trusted hub for Ayurveda-based wellness manufacturing.
