Let’z Talk Launches a Simple Way for Brands to Create Video at Scale

New fully managed service makes it easier to capture authentic video without elaborate production setups and turn each recording into multiple pieces of content

India | August 24, 2026: Let’z Talk, an employer branding and talent marketing company, has launched a new fully managed video service that enables brands to create a steady stream of video content without the time, cost and complexity typically associated with traditional video production. The service makes it possible for organisations to capture conversations with employees, leaders, customers and experts without elaborate shoots, large production crews or complex equipment. Once recorded, each conversation can be turned into multiple pieces of content, adapted for different audiences, formats and channels.

The result is a simpler model for creating video at scale: capture once, create many.

A single leadership conversation, for example, can become a longer-form video, several short social videos, individual clips around specific themes, thought leadership content, recruitment material and internal communications. The service can support employee and culture storytelling, leadership communications, partner and customer communication, thought leadership, employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media, internal communications and talent attraction campaigns.

“Brands need far more video than they did even a few years ago, but the traditional production model makes it difficult to create content at the frequency organisations now need,” said Bryan Furtado, CEO and Co-founder, Let’z Talk. “Most organisations don’t have a shortage of stories. The challenge is capturing them consistently and making those stories work harder. By simplifying both creation and multiplication, we can make video a much more practical part of everyday brand communication.”

Let’z Talk manages the entire process, from identifying the right stories and preparing participants to creating, multiplying and delivering content for use across different channels. The service uses Videomy’s technology to enable simple video capture and the efficient creation of multiple assets from each recording. This allows organisations to move away from treating every video as a standalone production and instead build a continuous content model around the people, knowledge and stories that already exist within the organisation.

David Macciocca, CEO of Videomy, said: “Organisations have an enormous amount of knowledge and experience within their people, but much of it never becomes content because capturing it has traditionally required time and production resources. This approach makes it much easier to bring those voices forward and create more value from every recording.”

For employer brand, talent and communications teams, this means moving from occasional video campaigns towards a more consistent flow of authentic content, without having to build an internal production capability.

The new managed video service is now available to organisations across India through Let’z Talk.
