Delivering a 3-acre beach and wave pool in Nagpur’s challenging weather conditions, alongside a 28,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and 40+ amenities across three dedicated amenity zones, is an extraordinary feat and such an advancement was made possible through the facilities, cooperation, and continued support extended by the local authorities, as well as through the dedication, expertise, and collective efforts of our architects and all the people who were instrumental in developing and delivering the project”.
