The application deploys across more than 8,000 residential units in Tirumala Tirupati.
Corecapabilitiesincludedefectmanagement,inspectionchecklistsandmanagement,complaint tracking and resolution, and a back-end insights live dashboards for monitoring inspection outcomes and complaint trends in real time.
This platform aims to support both TTD’s Facility Management Services (FMS) team, responsible for maintaining pilgrims’ rooms and facilities, and TTD’s Health Department, which oversees sanitation across Tirumala. Through immediate issue reporting, faster routing to the right team, timely resolution, verified fixes, and real-time tracking, Nandakam will help both teamsmanageandresolveissuesmoreefficiently,ensuringwell-maintainedfacilities,improved sanitation, and a better experience for every pilgrim. The platform will enable teams to track defectsandmaintenanceissuesacrosspilgrimaccommodationandfacilities,alongsidesanitary issues across key pilgrim routes, including the ghat roads, Srivari steps, and the Alipiri footpath, with automatic complaint escalation and live tracking of resolution progress.
