That is the promise SBI seeks to uphold with the ambition of connecting and remaining relevant and accessible to our people across every segment of society. Our continued transformation, particularly in the digital space, is meant to ensure that a trusted digital service is provided at population scale, and this capability and transforming digital capabilities allow us to reach further and serve faster while our people ensure that banking remains personal, accessible, and trusted. I accept these awards with gratitude on behalf of half a billion customers whom we serve and our SBI family across the country and also in twenty-nine countries where we serve the people.”
