Hyderabad: 31st October 2026: The Premia Academy hosted E4 Circuit, a Student-Led Conference that provided students with a platform to take ownership of their learning, engage in meaningful discussions and present innovative solutions to global challenges. The conference aimed to encourage students to move beyond traditional classroom learning and explore how their ideas and actions could contribute to a better, more sustainable world.
The E4 Circuit was built around four core pillars: Explore, Express, Endure and Elevate. Each pillar reflected an important aspect of student development. Explore encouraged curiosity and deeper understanding of global issues, while Express gave students a platform to share their ideas, perspectives and creative solutions. Endure focused on developing resilience, critical thinking and perseverance through inquiry and problem-solving and elevate inspired students to pursue excellence, demonstrate leadership and work towards a sustainable future.
This year, the conference centred on the theme “Sustainability, Sovereignty, and Synergy.” Under this theme, students across different grade levels had selected specific Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to investigate and present. Through hands-on research, critical analysis and creative collaboration, students explored how local actions could influence global outcomes and how communities could work together to address pressing challenges.
The E4 Circuit showcased student’s research, ideas and proposed solutions, encouraging them to connect academic learning with real-world issues. The initiative also aimed to strengthen essential skills such as communication, teamwork, independent thinking and leadership while helping students understand their responsibilities as informed and engaged global citizens.
Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Sinduri Reddy, Founder and Managing Director, The Premia Academy, said: “At The Premia Academy, we believe that learning goes beyond textbooks and classrooms. The E4 Circuit gives our students the opportunity to question, explore and develop their own perspectives on issues that affect the world. By connecting their learning with the Sustainable Development Goals, we hope to encourage them to think critically, collaborate meaningfully and understand how their actions can contribute to a more sustainable future.”
Ms. Trupti Rao, Principal, The Premia Academy, added: “The E4 Circuit provides students with a valuable platform to put their learning into practice and express their ideas with confidence. Through research, discussion and collaboration, they learn to approach challenges with curiosity, resilience and empathy. We hope this experience will inspire them to become thoughtful leaders who are willing to listen, question and work towards meaningful change.”
The E4 Circuit was more than an academic showcase; it was a celebration of student voice, creativity and leadership. By encouraging students to investigate global challenges and develop practical perspectives, the conference aimed to nurture a spirit of collaboration, responsibility and innovation. The Premia Academy looked forward to welcoming parents, educators and guests to witness the students’ dedication, ideas and vision for a better future.
