Kochi: PPS Motors, one of India’s leading automobile retail groups, has launched the third-generation Audi Q3 in the Kerala market. At an event held in Kochi, Sarvesh Mishra, Zonal Manager of Audi India, handed over the keys to the state’s first ten customers. The ex-showroom starting price of this luxury SUV is ₹51.99 lakh. The vehicle has been manufactured fully locally at the SAVWIPL plant located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
Rajiv Sanghvi, Managing Director of PPS Motors, stated that the all-new Audi Q3 luxury SUV combining cutting-edge technology and Quattro performance—will set new benchmarks in the luxury SUV segment, and their objective is to ensure the finest experience for premium customers. The new Audi Q3 is powered by a 2.0-liter TFSI petrol engine that generates 150 kW of power and 320 Nm of torque. The vehicle can achieve a speed of 100 km/h in just 7.1 seconds. Audi’s renowned Quattro all-wheel-drive system, Audi drive select with five driving modes, and progressive steering ensure superior control, a safe travel experience, and agile driving performance on any challenging road.
The vehicle also features Digital Matrix LED headlights comprising 25,600 individual micro-LEDs, customizable daytime-running-light signatures, dynamic light sequencing, and an illuminated Audi logo at the rear. The main attraction of the interior is a digital panoramic display that integrates a 30.22 cm Audi virtual cockpit and a 32.51 cm central MMI touch screen.
Additionally, it includes a Head-Up Display that projects driving information directly onto the windshield, acoustic glass that blocks external noise, a 420-watt Sonos premium sound system with 12 speakers, a sporty steering wheel, and a new integrated switch module providing more space on the center console. Three-zone automatic climate control, a panoramic sunroof, power-adjustable front seats with memory function, and adjustable rear seats will double the comfort of travel.
Giving utmost importance to safety, the vehicle features top-tier systems such as 9 airbags, Front Emergency Brake Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, Park Assist Plus, and a 50-meter Reverse-Route Memory.
