Ahmedabad, December 20, 2025 — Advait Energy Transitions Limited has received a major turnkey order valued at ₹99.99 crore (inclusive of GST) from Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL), marking a significant addition to the company’s order book and reinforcing its role in strengthening India’s power distribution infrastructure.
The contract has been awarded under the Kishan Suryodaya Yojana or other applicable schemes and involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11 KV 55mm² AAAC Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) along with associated accessories. The scope of work covers designated jurisdictional areas of DGVCL and will be executed on a turnkey basis.
With an execution timeline of 18 months, the project focuses on modernizing and reinforcing medium-voltage distribution networks, aimed at improving operational reliability, safety, and efficiency in the region’s power delivery system. Covered conductor technology is widely recognized for reducing power losses, enhancing network resilience, and minimizing outages, especially in high-load and rural feeder environments.
The order has been awarded by a domestic utility entity, and the transaction does not fall under related-party arrangements. There is no promoter or group company interest in the awarding entity.
This development reflects Advait Energy Transitions Limited’s growing footprint in utility-scale power infrastructure projects and its continued participation in government-backed initiatives focused on strengthening India’s electricity distribution ecosystem.
