Aflatoon Expands Its Menu With All-New ‘Classics’ Ahead of Rakshabandhan

India, 4th August 2025: To mark the occasion of Rakshabandhan, Aflatoon, known for its truly twisted north India cusines, has expanded its signature ‘Classics’ category with a range of new menu items designed to bring variety, flavour, and festivity to every plate. The additions span across kebabs, gravies, and rice dishes.

This is food you can count on, whether you’re sending a meal to your sibling, laying the table for a family celebration, or simply ordering something special for yourself. From tandoor-fresh kebabs to biryanis and curries that feel complete on their own, the expanded menu gives guests dependable choices that require no second thought. Aflatoon has built its identity around doing things differently, and now, ahead of Rakshabandhan, it’s bringing the focus back to beloved classics. It’s a lineup that delivers on taste, comfort, and festive readiness, all in the unmistakable Aflatoon way.

What’s on the Classics Menu?

Kebabs

Aflatoon’s new kebab lineup brings together timeless favourites and bold signatures, each served in generous portions ideal for sharing or pairing with mains. There’s the Classic Hara Bhara Kebab, a vegetarian staple made with green vegetables and mild spices, grilled to a golden crisp. The Tandoori Paneer Tikka features marinated paneer chunks roasted in the tandoor for a soft, creamy finish. Meat lovers can choose from the rich, tender Malai Murgh Tikka; the fiery, spice-packed Murgh Laal Tikka made with Aflatoon’s signature red chilli marinade; and the indulgent Aslam Butter Chicken Tikka, where grilled chicken is topped with a melting pat of butter in true Dilli-style. Rounding out the selection is the Mutton Seekh, deeply spiced, delicately grilled, and melt-in-the-mouth with every bite.

Gravies & Curries

The new gravies and curries at Aflatoon are available in 500ml and 750ml jars, making them equally suited for solo meals or family-style dining. The Mix Veg Masala offers a hearty medley of vegetables simmered in a nutty, well-spiced gravy; simple, dependable, and full of warmth. For those seeking comfort in a bowl, the Punjabi Kadhi with Rice delivers with its creamy, tangy base and soft pakoras, paired with fragrant steamed rice. Also on the menu is the Kadai Chicken, a semi-dry preparation where tender chicken is cooked with capsicum and bold spices, best enjoyed with naan or paratha.

Paneer Makhni Biryani

Rice & Biryani

Rounding out the new additions are Aflatoon’s rice and biryani offerings, each one hearty enough to stand alone, yet versatile enough to pair with other dishes. The Khichdi keeps it classic with a soothing blend of dal and rice, finished with a fragrant ghee tadka that brings warmth in every spoonful. For something more indulgent, the Paneer Makhni Biryani layers long-grain rice with soft paneer chunks and a rich, buttery makhni gravy. Meat lovers can opt for the Butter Chicken Biryani, a generous combination of chicken tikka and makhni gravy nestled in basmati rice, served with a side of raita for balance.

The Truly Twisted Items:

For those looking to go beyond the classics, Aflatoon continues to serve its signature Truly Twisted creations. Guests can begin with small plates that deliver big impact, smoky Butter Garlic Mutton Seekh, tangy Pickled Paneer Tikka, delicate Lotus Stem Shammi Kebab, or the creamy-crunchy Crispy Quinoa & Bhalla Chaat. Mains include bold favourites like the indulgent Creamy AF Butter Chicken, the fiery 6-Chilli Kadai Paneer, and the slow-cooked, richly layered Mutton Thread Nihari. These pair perfectly with standout sides such as the Khayali Shroom Pulao, Bhoona Gosht Biryani, or flavour-forward breads like the Hari Mirch Paratha and 6-Chilli Naan. To end on a sweet note, the Gulab Jamun brings it home with all the right textures and warmth.
