Mumbai, January 14, 2026: Birla Estates Private Limited (BEPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited (formerly Century Textiles and Industries Limited), has launched a new edition of its ‘Real Advice’ initiative —a platform conceived with an intent to simplify real estate for consumers. With information knowledge and nuggets on real estate, this initiative aims to empower the customers and bring transparency, clarity and confidence to the category.
The initiative is brought to life with a wholistic approach to imparting knowledge via microsite, chatbot, podcast series, social content along with films to engage potential buyers to make informed decisions throughout the home buying journey.
After the success of the first campaign last year which saw a massive level of interest and engagement, the new edition continues to feature Vicky Kaushal to simplify and address the real questions and information gaps that often surround homebuying decisions. With Sufi Motiwala, Kumud Mishra and actor Parag Tyagi joining the campaign, the films blends humour and insight to demystify complex aspects of homebuying and make decision-making more accessible.
Commenting on the campaign, Mr. K. T. Jithendran, Managing Director & CEO, Birla Estates, said, “At Birla Estates, our focus has always been on putting the consumer at the centre of the homebuying journey. Our earlier campaign initiated an important conversation around transparency in real estate. With this edition of ‘Real Advice’, we are taking that dialogue forward by offering honest, relevant guidance that empowers homebuyers to make informed decisions.”
Aligned with its commitment to enabling informed homebuying, Birla Estates also partnered with ANAROCK to commission a comprehensive ‘Homebuyer Awareness Survey’, which highlights key gaps in understanding among homebuyers. The survey revealed interesting insights that while audience is aware of RERA as a concept, the awareness on how RERA protects home buyers is very low. These insights reinforce the need for clear, credible information in real estate decision-making and serve as a strategic extension of the ‘Real Advice’ campaign.
The campaign includes a podcast series with renowned host Raj Shamani covering topics varying from legal aspects, design, regulatory theme featuring renowned guests. With this latest edition, Birla Estates is evolving the narrative of engagement in the real estate category and bringing in trust credibility and clarity. The first film is now live on YouTube and Instagram.
