India, January 15, 2026: boAt, India’s No.1 audio and wearables brand, today announced the elevation of Sammyak Jain to Business Head – International Business, as the company strengthens its focus on driving growth across global markets. In his expanded role, Sammyak will spearhead boAt’s international business strategy, leading market entry and expansion, forging value-led partnerships, and building scalable, sustainable operating models across priority geographies.
Sammyak has been a key member of boAt’s leadership team since 2022 and currently also heads Enterprise & ODM Sales. He also leads Strategy & Operations, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth roadmap. His elevation underscores boAt’s confidence in his ability to take its India-first success story to the world.
Before joining boAt, Sammyak spent nearly six years at Bain & Company, rising from Associate Consultant to Senior Manager, where he advised leading global and Indian organisations on growth, strategy and operational transformation. He has also worked with Rocket Internet and completed internships with Kearney and Deloitte.
Sammyak holds a B. Tech from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
