15th January 2026, Gurugram – Experion Developers has tied up with four of the world’s leading architectural firms, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF Architects), SCDA Architects, DPA Architects and DSP Design, as part of a design-led strategy for its current and upcoming residential developments across NCR. The collaborations span both project-specific architectural assignments and broader design philosophies that will enhance Experion’s residential portfolio. The decision comes as NCR’s premium housing market continues to see differentiated products, with developers increasingly utilising global design credentials alongside scale.
“For us, design is central to how we approach long-term value creation. Our commitment has always been to build homes that are designed for functionality, sustainability, structurally sound, maintenance friendly, robust services, occupant comfort and wellness, thoughtful landscape and offer convenience and aestheticism in daily use. Collaborating with renowned global design firms supports that approach, helping us apply international thinking and innovation while offering our homebuyers homes that reflect their stature. We also strongly believe in extensive market research to identify customer needs and provide amenities accordingly” says B.K. Malagi, Vice Chairman, Experion Developers.
One of the major projects designed by DPA Architects is The Trillion, a high-rise residential development spread over 2.5 million sq ft in Sector 48, Gurugram. It comprises three 45-floor towers, and is being planned to offer unparalleled views, privacy, and vertical luxury. Curved balconies, double-height entrance lobbies, and a distinct crowned tower profile with receding fins are some of the highlighting features of the project’s architecture.
The Trillion also has a thoughtfully planned arrival area with a landscaped roundabout for cars and golf carts, dedicated clubhouse drop-offs, and a 7.5-metre-wide fire tender loop that circles the site. A major attraction-drawing feature of the project is its free-standing, triple-height clubhouse at the centre, complete with an organic farm and organically contoured greens. Its receding green roof blending seamlessly into the surrounding landscape is another of the project’s highlights.
Another project, Experion Elements, a luxury residential development in Sector 45, Noida, is being designed by DSP Design. At the core of the project is sustainability. It will offer apartments with amenities such as pickle-ball courts and electric vehicle charging. Experion Elements is also designed to meet GRIHA green building norms, and reflects a growing focus on energy efficiency while lowering operating costs.
Keeping in mind it’s vision to make each of its projects unique, Experion Developers has also onboarded KPF Architects and SCDA Architects for its upcoming residential projects, where their respective design philosophies will shape future developments in the NCR region.
KPF Architects, founded in 1976 and headquartered in New York, is best known for large commercial and residential towers and urban-scale master-planning. Its global portfolio includes One Vanderbilt in New York, the Shanghai World Financial Center, and the Lotte World Tower in Seoul. The firm’s expertise in high-density urban environments and skyline-defining architecture will particularly impact Experion’s projects and make them stand ahead.
SCDA Architects, led by Soo K. Chan and based in Singapore, follows a modern & tranquil architectural language. Their USPs include spatial clarity, natural light, classic principles of order, repetition and procession, and the relationship between built form and landscape. This design approach aligns with Experion’s intent to explore understated luxury and experiential living in future developments.
For Experion Developers, the tie-ups signal a clear design-led approach as it moves into its next phase of residential development across NCR, with distinct architectural voices shaping individual projects.
