They can begin with Bajre Ki Raab, a traditional pearl millet winter drink, followed by vegetarian Choliya Ke Kebab or the hearty Tandoori Bater, quail marinated in yoghurt and spices. The main course features Sarson Da Saag, a slow-cooked blend of mustard greens, spinach, and fenugreek, and Laal Maas, tender lamb simmered in Mathania chilli and smoked with garlic and clove, perfectly paired with Makai Di Roti and Bajre Ki Roti. Completing the experience are Haryali Mewa Pulao and Dal Bathua, leading to indulgent desserts like Kale Gajar Ka Halwa and Gond Ke Ladoo, evoking the warmth and nostalgia of the winter season.
