Fateh Rural to Double 500-seat Rural Call Centres in 12 Months to Strengthen Bharat-Focused Communication

Mumbai, December 17, 2025: Fateh Rural Limited, one of India’s leading rural marketing and advertising agencies, today announced a major expansion of its rural call centre network. The company, which currently operates six call centres in Sopore (J&K), Bathinda, Lucknow, Ranchi, Amravati (Maharashtra) and the outskirts of Hyderabad, plans to double its footprint to 12 centres within the next 12 months and further expand to 20 centres over the next three years. New facilities are being planned in cities including Pune, Jaipur, Indore, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Raipur, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Hubli, Vijayawada, Coimbatore and Shillong. Each centre will be designed for approximately 500 seats, substantially enhancing Fateh Rural’s capability to deliver high-volume, multilingual, and hyperlocal communication solutions.

This expansion will strengthen brand outreach and deepen customer engagement across India’s rural heartlands. Fateh Rural’s call centres currently support companies across FMCG, Auto, Solar EPC, Agri-inputs, and BFSI, in addition to government-backed rural schemes such as insurance plans and welfare programmes. With rural markets demanding stronger last-mile communication, greater consumer awareness and more reliable servicing, the enlarged network will support brands and government agencies in meeting these rising expectations.

Beyond customer care, the call centres will handle a wide range of rural communication functions—from promotional outreach on new schemes and products to surveys, feedback collection and loyalty programme management for dealers and distributors. They will also serve as a vital bridge between rural citizens and government departments. Through these centres, people will be able to connect directly with municipal corporations, panchayats, police departments, Aadhaar services and public food distribution systems. The centres will additionally support awareness drives for health schemes, renewable energy initiatives, and rural development programmes, and will help streamline Common Service Centre (CSC) operations, improving access to essential services in remote areas.

A key pillar of the expansion is the creation of local employment across all new locations. Each call centre will be staffed predominantly by local talent, with a strong emphasis on women’s participation—reinforcing Fateh Rural’s commitment to inclusive growth and economic empowerment at the grassroots. By anchoring operations in local languages and cultural contexts, the company aims to foster trust, increase adoption and deepen long-term engagement between brands, government departments, and rural consumers.

“Rural India represents the next frontier of economic opportunity. By investing in communication infrastructure and nurturing local talent, we aim to bridge the information and access gaps that still exist between brands and rural consumers,” said Sarabjit Singh Puri, Chairman, Fateh Rural Limited. “This expansion strengthens our mission to bring businesses and government services closer to the people who drive India’s growth story.”

The expansion aligns with Fateh Rural’s long-term vision of strengthening connectivity across Tier III and Tier IV markets—a theme Mr. Puri explores extensively in his book, The Power of Tier III and Tier IV Cities of India – Gateway to a $10 Trillion Economy.
