New Delhi, 05th February 2026, FORE School of Management hosted Oraculum 2026 (Oraculum 2.0), the flagship Corporate and Leadership Conclave, a Two-Day event where the best in the industry and academia come together with the top Management Students for a confluence of Dialogue and Engagement.
Rooted in the theme “Vision India 2047: Innovate. Disrupt. Transform.”, Oraculum 2026 became a stage to discuss the economic transformation and leadership challenges in India in terms of technology and sustainability in defining the future course in business in India in pursuit of Viksit Bharat.
The conclave started with an Inaugural Ceremony where Professor Sriparna Basu, Dean Academics, FORE School of Management, talked about the opening remarks in the presence of Mr. Mussarat Hussain, Head – Human Resources, Suzuki R&D Centre India Pvt. Ltd., and Ms. Dimple Kaloya, Head – Human Resources, HSBC. Addressing the academic and leadership scenario, Professor Sriparna Basu commented, “As India marches towards the vision of 2047, management education has to graduate from mere functionality and focus on building innovation and responsible leadership in Oraculum where they are going to introduce students to real-world thoughts and prepare them to meet the challenges in a globalized world.
Ms Dimple Kaloya, Head HR, HSBC, highlighted the importance of mindset-led leadership, stating, “Innovation today is not a choice but a survival skill. Organizations and individuals alike must focus on simplicity, customer-centric impact and sustainable growth while building clarity, reliability and emotional intelligence.”
Drawing from the manufacturing and automotive ecosystem, Mr. Mussarat Hussain, Head HR, Suzuki R&D Centre India Pvt. Ltd., remarked,

Over the course of two days, Oraculum 2026 featured a series of Envision panel discussions, Mastering Management sessions, press-conference style interactions and experiential workshops, covering consulting, finance, marketing, HR, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, sustainability and the future of work.
The Envision series brought together senior leaders from organizations including Mankind Pharma, Genpact, DeHaat, CBRE, KPMG, Bennett Coleman & Co., Fidelity International, EY, FundsIndia, RSM US LLP, Tata Cliq, Flipkart, Myntra and Snapdeal. Discussions focused on ethical leadership, problem definition, customer-centric innovation, data-driven decision-making and the growing influence of invisible and agentic AI in business ecosystems.
Complementing these discussions, the Mastering Management sessions featured industry experts from Google, PepsiCo, Honda Cars India, Accenture Strategy, Bandhan Mutual Fund, DS Group and Civic Spectrum, bridging academic frameworks with real-world application across leadership, branding, finance, HR transformation and digital commerce.
Highlighting the role of industry-academia collaboration, Professor Shilpi Jain, Dean – Corporate Relations, Placements & Alumni, FORE School of Management, said,

A key highlight of the conclave was Bizdom, a press-conference style interaction featuring senior leaders from Comviva Technologies, Adobe, DXC Technology, Cyfuture and PaisaBazaar. Students representing multiple media houses actively engaged the panel on governance, ethics, finance and consumer trust. During the session, Mr. Sachin Vashishtha, Chief Marketing Officer, PaisaBazaar, introduced the C-Score, underscoring trust and credibility as critical differentiators in future markets.
The conclave concluded with ‘The Elevator Edge’, a high-impact workshop where student teams worked under the mentorship of leaders from Odgers India, Grant Thornton Bharat, Adidas India, Kohler India, Wipro and Google to develop innovative business solutions under real-time constraints—reinforcing strategic thinking, crisis management and the balance between profitability and social responsibility.
The Valedictory Session was delivered by Mr. Amit Malik, President Japan, Asia Pacific & Australia, WadzPay, who emphasized that transformation is a continuous mindset shift driven by clarity, adaptability and the courage to innovate.
