LOHRI- an ode to Punjab’s harvest table

LOHRI- an ode to Punjab’s harvest tableLOHRI,inspired by India’s beloved harvest festival, brings the warmth, nostalgia, and bold flavours of Punjab’s winter kitchens to life. The menu begins with standout festive drinks: Peeli Phasal, a refreshing blend of ripe mango, sugarcane juice, roasted cumin, and a fizzy soda finish, and Mirchi te Ganna da Ras, a rustic, unapologetically bold mix of fresh sugarcane juice, ginger, lime, and a red chilli kick perfect for winter indulgence.

Hearty mains celebrate the season’s best, from Sarson da Gosht, Murgh Lababdar and Khoya Mutter Makhana to breads like Palak aur Lasun Naan and Beetroot & Roasted Jeera Naan, crafted to complement the rich gravies. Warming Makki da Shorba and Paya Shorba with rustic flavours set the tone for a comforting, indulgent journey that transports diners straight to Punjab’s winter kitchens.

The breakfast offerings at Lohri also get some festive specials, Rabdi Paratha, a nostalgic favourite crispy, ghee-laden paratha filled with cardamom-scented rabdi, evoking the flavours of childhood and festive kitchens.

The highlight of the festive table are the desserts; slow-roasted Atte ka Halwa and the winter classic Gajar ka Halwa (Gajrela), LOHRI promises a celebration of flavour, warmth, and memories that no food lover should miss this season.
