Olive Beach’s new menu is a journey through Mediterranean flavours, showcasing elevated classics and playful new creations that have made it a beloved landmark.

Bengaluru, January, 2026: Olive Beach, a legacy Mediterranean landmark in Bengaluru, is bringing a fresh burst of flavour to the city with its new menu. Designed by Chef Jyotika Malik, VP – Culinary, and Chef Nitin Choudhery, Sr. Sous Chef at Olive Beach Bangalore the refreshed menu features an exciting lineup of new additions alongside reimagined versions of old-time favourites. As Olive Beach celebrates 20 years in Bengaluru, this new menu is a heartfelt celebration of its journey, the city, and the loyal guests who have made it a cherished culinary destination. 

Housed in a charming heritage villa,  Olive Beach  blends rustic elegance with contemporary style, offering guests a warm, inviting setting for leisurely lunches, romantic dinners, and memorable gatherings. Now celebrating  two decades, Olive Beach has, over the years, become  synonymous with its carefully curated menus, award-winning cocktails, and a dining experience that balances timeless charm with modern culinary creativity.

The new menu at Olive Beach is a thoughtful celebration of Mediterranean comfort, crafted with seasonal freshness, refined technique, and a deep sense of warmth. With elevated classics, signature clay roasts, and an expanded mezze selection, it blends nostalgia with fresh creativity. 

Bringing a fresh wave of Mediterranean-inspired innovation, the menu introduces thoughtful additions across every section. The salad selection features vibrant new plates such as the Beetroot and Berries Chevre and the Pear and Field Greens. Small plates highlight the Gruyere Cheese Souffle, Smoked Salmon Rillette, and Butter Poached Scallops, while hand rolled pastas include the Chèvre and Beets Cappelletti. The clay roast section introduces the Vadouvan Spiced Espetada, and desserts such as the Earl Grey & Orange Mille Feuille and the Date and Stout Sticky Pudding offer indulgent and beautifully balanced finales — making the menu a delicious blend of nostalgia and modern craft.

The refreshed beverage program complements the menu with a selection of signature cocktails including the Basil Breeze, a crisp twist on the classic Gin Basil Smash with cucumber, basil cordial, gin, absinthe, and aromatic bitters, or the aromatic Jasmine Romance, blending jasmine infused gin with fresh orange and lemon. Spirit-forward options include the Rye and Shine, combining rye whiskey, apple brandy,  Jägermeister, and dry vermouth, while playful modern touches arrive in the Appletini Pop, featuring tequila bianco, house-made green apple and celery cordial, topped with tonic water. For a velvety indulgence, the Tea and Tempest pairs Earl Grey-infused brandy and Sauvignon Blanc with passion fruit, clarified with full cream milk for a silky finish.

With this new menu and carefully curated cocktail  programme, Olive Beach continues its 20-year tradition of offering memorable dining experiences in Bengaluru. Each dish and drink is crafted to celebrate Mediterranean flavours, seasonal ingredients, and the joy of gathering.
