Vejay Anand joins the firm as Senior Advisor, bringing over three decades of leadership experience in building, transforming, and scaling consumer brands, with a proven track record of driving organizational growth, brand innovation, and strategic transformation.
Uday Shetty, a veteran brand strategist known for challenging business orthodoxy, comes in as Disruptor-in-Chief, a newly created role designed to drive innovation and intellectual leadership within the firm and for the businesses it partners with.
Vejay Anand has held strategic and operational roles at companies such as Café Coffee Day, Universal Sportsbiz (Wrogn), Future Group, and Intel, building enduring consumer brands, achieving nationwide scale, and driving profitability in highly competitive markets. His mandate at Prequate will include advising Prequate and its key accounts on market positioning, retail expansion, growth acceleration, and scaling operationally.
