In celebration of International Chocolate Day, SAZ American Brasserie — known for its modern take on classic comfort food and craft cocktails — has teamed up with Callebaut Chocolate to launch a limited-edition dessert and cocktail menu, available from 3rd to 7th July. The menu highlights the versatility and richness of Callebaut’s finest chocolate variants across three desserts and two cocktails.
The menu highlights three desserts, each featuring a different Callebaut chocolate- Dark, Gold, and Ruby, along with two chocolate-forward cocktails.The Budino pairs Callebaut 811 dark chocolate with raspberry coulis, strawberry ganache, and white chocolate soil made using Callebaut W2. The Gold Crème Brûlée combines caramelised Callebaut Gold chocolate with pineapple confit, black pepper meringue, and golden chocolate crumble. The Ruby Matcha blends matcha-pistachio mousse with Callebaut RB2 ruby ganache, almond raspberry streusel, and bright raspberry coulis. On the drinks side, there’s a bold Dark Espresso Martini and a playful Ruby – The Pink Lady made with ruby chocolate and spice grenadine.
This collaboration brings together SAZ’s signature creativity with Callebaut’s world-class chocolate to create something both fun and refined. Whether you’re a dessert lover or a cocktail enthusiast, the menu offers a little something for every kind of chocolate fan.
