At La Patisserie, the city’s iconic Cake Shop & Delicatessen, the mango takes centre stage in an exquisite array of handcrafted desserts and cakes. The Raw Mango Mule brings together vodka, raw mango juice, chaat masala and ginger ale, while the Mango Colada blends rum, mango purée, mango juice, rose syrup and fresh cream. For a soothing finish, there’s Pulp of Bliss – a smooth combination of vodka, mango purée, basil leaf and lime juice.
