The premium luxury brand “Pranom” by Aurafest is now at ArtPort, at India’s Major Airports.

At airport stores across the country, travellers can now find Indian artifacts and figurines from Pranom's carefully curated collection.

Mumbai, September 30th, 2025Sumit Govind Sharma, along with his partner ManojKumar Sharma, started Aurafest, a premium, artisanal, and sustainable lifestyle company. The company has recently taken the first step with its brand, Pranom, which is now available at ArtPort stores in India’s major airports. This strategic partnership provides Pranom’s carefully chosen assortment of Indian artifacts and sculptures straight to millions of travellers, giving them the chance to take home items of Indian artistry.

The premium luxury brand "Pranom” by Aurafest is now at ArtPort, at India's Major Airports.

Aurafest is expanding its reach through India’s leading airport retail platform ArtPort, run by India Retails & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (IRHPL), one of India’s biggest chains of handicraft stores. ArtPort has a strong presence in major airports like Delhi, Goa, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore and Cochin. ArtPort is known for bringing together high-quality handicrafts from all over India and branded goods from all over the world. It shows off India’s rich art and legacy to both local and foreign passengers.

Pranom by Aurafest is a premium luxury artisanal brand that embodies India’s culture, tradition, and heritage. Pranom offers various product lines, such as incense and wellness products, handcrafted artefacts, luxury butterfly-inspired serveware, artisanal soaps, traditional collectables, and traditional crafts from India.

This collaboration with ArtPort fits one of Aurafest’s many goals: keeping traditional art alive while making it available to modern consumers. The platform’s dedication to showing real Indian workmanship resonates very well with Aurafest.

Sumit Govind Sharma, the Founder Director of Aurafest, said, “Working with ArtPort lets us reach travellers at the right time when they’re looking for meaningful gifts and souvenirs that represent real Indian culture. Airport retail gives us a unique chance to show off our handmade items to both Indian travellers who want to share their culture and international travellers who want to have real cultural experiences.”

Manojkumar Sharma, the Founder Director of Aurafest, remarked, “The airport environment is perfect for showing off high-end artisanal goods. Travellers are looking to buy meaningful things, and ArtPort’s strategic locations ensure that our real Indian craftsmanship gets the most attention.”

Collection of Premium Artefacts and Figurines
As part of the collaboration in the first trench, Pranom will feature a carefully curated selection of artifacts and figurines representing India’s rich cultural history. Each piece showcases the talent of traditional artisans and gives travelers the chance to buy artifacts that depict the story of India’s many different artforms.

The collection includes ornamental figurines, spiritual artifacts, and culturally important items that embody the essence of Indian art. These are all moveable and meaningful pieces that would make great gifts or additions to your collection.

Strategic Market Positioning
ArtPort has a large network that connects many terminals at India’s largest airports, such as Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi. This means that millions of travellers would be able to buy Pranom items every year. This distribution plan greatly increases Pranom’s reach outside regular retail channels.

The project fits perfectly with the larger movement toward mindful purchasing and preserving culture. It gives travellers the chance to support traditional craftsmanship by buying things and bringing home real pieces of Indian heritage.
