This Valentine’s Day, ITC Fabelle unveils ‘The Arc of Love’

An evocative experience inspired by the Five Stages of Love

National, 04th February 2026: Can love be experienced in more than one way? This Valentine’s Day ITC Fabelle brings a curated experience that explores all the stages of love through ‘Chocolate’.

At Fabelle, inspiration often comes from life’s most meaningful experiences. Love, in all its forms, has always been one of them. Across Sufi philosophy & timeless traditions, love is never a single moment, it unfolds in stages, it evolves not in straight lines, but in a graceful arc – it unfolds, matures, and deepens with time. Inspired from this belief, Fabelle introduces ‘The Arc of Love’ – an evocative Valentine’s Day collection comprising of 5 handcrafted heart-shaped pralines, each representing a stage of love.

The Beginning’ is a pristine white chocolate shell praline filled with a delicate milk chocolate mousse and caramelised macadamia nuts, symbolising purity, promise, and the thrill of something new. It then gradually moves to ‘The Bloom’ which captures the exhilaration of awakening emotions, those early moments of desire, via a milk chocolate shell housing a spicy mousse, reflecting the intensity of infatuation. The relationship deepens with ‘The Bond’, a celebration of two hearts coming together. Velvety ruby chocolate shell filled with lemon conserve and dark mousse, creating a layered experience that reflects love’s sweet and sour moments. As love matures, ‘The Belief’ emerges representing unconditional trust and faith. Crafted with luscious dark chocolate dipped in pure cocoa liquor, embodying the quiet strength between soulmates. The journey culminates in ‘The Beyond’, drawn from the madness and eternal love between two souls. A fusion of rich chocolate and divine cheese mousse with a hint of French sea salt in a milk chocolate shell.

Speaking on the launch, Mr. Subash Balar, Vice President and Business Head – Chocolates, Coffee and Confectionery & NCD, Foods Division, ITC Limited, said, “At Fabelle, craftsmanship is our foundation, but innovation is our compass. It is what enables us to continually redefine what luxury chocolate can be. From first-of-its-kind concepts and unexpected pairings to immersive, sensorial experiences, innovation shapes how we engage with our consumers. With The Arc of Love, we have translated that unfolding journey into flavour, form and experience, crafting each moment so couples can savour not just chocolate, but the poetry of love itself.”

Beyond chocolate, Fabelle brings ‘The Arc of Love’ to life through a thoughtfully curated seven-course luxury dining experience where cocoa becomes the thread that binds cuisine, emotion, and memory.  It brings together flavour, texture and presentation to create a moment designed to be savoured slowly. The experience will be hosted exclusively on 14th February across at ITC Hotels in Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi and Kolkata, at signature in-house restaurants Cajsa (Bengaluru) and Ottimo (Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata and Bengaluru) and will be priced at INR 15000 per couple (pre-booking is available).

With The Arc of Love, Fabelle continues to redefine luxury chocolate, not as indulgence alone, but as a medium of storytelling, innovation, craftsmanship, and emotional connection. Because like love itself, cocoa reveals its true depth not all at once, but over time.
