Pee Safe is honoured to re-introduce its podcast series, Pee Room Conversations, with a twist- “Unmute with Pee Safe,” which aims to inspire open discussions on the challenges women face in their daily lives. The podcast series provides a comfortable environment for women to express themselves honestly and authentically while shedding light on the influence of societal demands on women’s decisions and actions, particularly the need to always be “likeable.”
The first episode of season 4 of Pee Room Conversations: The Unmute edit is entitled Episode 1- The Pressure To Be Likeable. It talks about how women tend to adjust their tone, opinions, and aspirations to conform to societal demands within their personal lives, their workplaces and other settings. This constant self-adjusting process may lead women to feel drained and unable to express themselves completely. The podcast introduces the concept of “unmuting” as an empowering act where women take control by making conscious decisions to express themselves honestly and completely.

They share their views and experiences about how the pressure of being likeable affects career, decision-making, and life, while also talking about how one can get back their authenticity and self-confidence.
