Venus Remedies completes NSDC-aligned graduation programme for 150 future-ready employees

India, 23 December, 2025: Venus Remedies Limited (NSE: VENUSREM, BSE: 526953) today announced the successful completion of its Graduation Ceremony 2025, held in alignment with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), with 150 employees graduating from structured skilling and capability-building programmes across multiple Skill Sector Councils. The graduating cohort comprised employees certified under the Life Sciences Sector Skill Development Council (LSSSDC), Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council (THSC), Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council (MEPSC), and the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Sector Skill Council (BFSI SSC).

A measure focused on developing a workforce that is industry ready for both present and future, the initiative underlines the company’s focus to support India’s drive for global pharmaceutical leadership while aligning with national priorities including the Skill India Mission, Atmanirbhar Bharat, and the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

The outcomes of these assessments are being leveraged to identify skill gaps, strengthen succession planning, and design targeted development pathways aligned with future leadership and business needs.
