At 1 Finance, Akhil leads the financial advisory function, focusing on advisory quality, advisor development, financial planning frameworks and customer experience. He works closely with customers to understand their financial behaviour, priorities and goals, shaping holistic advice across investments, cash flows, liabilities, insurance, taxation, retirement and estate planning. With extensive experience in Indian equity markets and financial advisory, he brings together market expertise and personalised financial planning. As Partner, he will focus on strengthening the advisory practice and building a strong next generation of advisors.

Prior to joining 1 Finance, Akhil built his experience across leading financial services organisations including Edelweiss, Networth Stock Broking, Asit C. Mehta investment Intermediates Limited, and Marwadi Shares & Finance, working across research, investment advisory, portfolio management and financial markets. This diverse experience has shaped his approach of combining deep market understanding with practical, customer-centric financial planning. He holds an MBA in Finance and certifications from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) XA and XB. His areas of expertise include holistic financial planning, personal finance advisory, investor behaviour, wealth management and Indian equity markets.
