Mumbai, September 10, 2026: 1 Finance, a holistic personal finance advisory and wealth-tech firm with over ₹17,000 Cr+ in Assets Under Advice (AUA), has elevated Rajani Tandale, Chartered Wealth Manager and Financial Advisor, as Partner, recognizing her 18 years of experience in investment advisory, financial product research and holistic financial planning.
Rajani brings expertise across mutual funds, NPS, fractional real estate, international investments and personalised financial planning. She has also built scoring and ranking models for investment products and authored Mutual Fund Playbook, focused on simplifying long-term investing for investors.
As Partner, Rajani will focus on strengthening 1 Finance’s personal finance advisory practice and expanding its Bengaluru operations. She will also mentor a team of financial advisors, chartered accountants and legal experts across investment, tax, insurance, loans, will and estate planning, enabling a more integrated, end-to-end advisory experience for clients.
