Pune/National, India, October 29, 2025 – Fulcrum Digital, a leader in enterprise AI and digital transformation, today announced the appointment of Gulveen Kaur as Senior Vice President- Insurance. Her appointment further strengthens the company’s leadership team and reinforces its commitment to driving domain-led digital innovation.
Gulveen Kaur (MBA, FLMI) brings to the table over two decades of experience in the insurance and IT industries, having operated across Asia. She joins Fulcrum Digital from Capgemini, where she led delivery, client engagement, and operations for insurance and banking within the SEA region, based out of Hong Kong. Prior to Capgemini, she held key leadership roles at AXA HK, Manulife Asia, and MetLife, where she spearheaded platform development, digital transformation, and core insurance modernization initiatives.
In her new role, Gulveen will lead Fulcrum Digital’s global insurance practice, providing strategic and execution leadership across technology solutions, products, and services. She will focus on strengthening the company’s value proposition and expanding its insurance footprint worldwide by leveraging Fulcrum’s expertise in digital engineering, business services, automation, and AI-led innovation through its proprietary agentic AI platform and solutions.

She has also driven enterprise-wide transformations spanning distribution, servicing, contact centers, cloud transitions, CCM, digital assets, and process consulting delivering measurable business outcomes and profitability for insurers across APAC.
